Sunjay Pandey, CEO

Possessing nearly 15 years of leadership experience in a wide range of industries, Sunjay has led high-technology projects in a variety of industries including On-line Media and Advertising, Peer-to-Peer Game play, Professional Services, Financial Services, and Enterprise Software. Sunjay is a visionary leader with a motivation to effect positive change in the world. Mr. Pandey has played key leadership roles as a consultant in Software-as-a-Service companies. Sunjay is a successful entrepreneur having built his own high technology consulting company, and successfully executing a merger with another consulting firm to form ALTERthought. Mr. Pandey has gone on to successfully lead the growth of this Distributed Systems consultancy and incubator. Sunjay possesses a BA in English Literature from Appalachian State University and a MS in Management Information Technology from The University of Virginia where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.

Donald Larmee, Vice President of Engineering:

With nearly fifteen years of leading-edge technology expertise, Don brings substantial software engineering and architectural strategy leadership to Oyogi. Don is pivotal in ensuring Oyogi’s engineering group possesses the appropriate balance of dynamic, innovative teams and concepts. Don focuses on uncovering market-changing technologies and approaches and fostering their implementation by helping drive strategy and mentoring Oyogi’s engineer-analysts. Don has led large, successful teams of technologists working on groundbreaking software solutions in a wide range of sectors including high technology, finance, transportation and security. Don’s solution and technology experience encompasses object-oriented designs in a wide-range of industries, smartcards, and building secure distributed software systems. Don holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
